Structure
Impela Electrical was founded in March 2005. We are a Johannesburg based SME, accredited with a BBBEE Level One and a CIDB rating of 6EB PE. Our foundation is based on providing our clients with reliable service, both on installations and maintenance.
Business Model
The mainstream works undertaken since inception of the business have been in the construction sector dealing with new installations and refurbishments to existing structures mainly on commercial and industrial projects. This is our main focus area which encompasses all aspects of service and maintenance. A small percentage of domestic maintenance is also undertaken.
PROJECTS
Our expertise spans the construction industry spectrum from smaller renovations to major projects. To date, we have completed many successful projects namely, MTN Stores, Netcare, Klipspruit Collier Mine (joint venture), Tembisa SAPS, ACSA and Booysendal Mine to name but a few. Our company philosophy focuses on providing quality service and reliability to our clients, and we pride ourselves on maintaining good standards, good workmanship, and meeting project deadlines.
Management
Freedom Phakathi, who owns the business and is a registered person, oversees the running of the day to day operations. We have professional and committed admin staff at our offices. On site we deploy qualified personnel to execute the installations.
We have also undertaken to implement the International Organisation for Standardization – ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems to pursue formal Certification. View Certificate
